One Account Per User: Each person may maintain only one active Trabirsa account. Multiple accounts may result in suspension or termination of all associated accounts.

Gaming Conduct: Users must adhere to fair play principles and game-specific rules. Any form of cheating, hacking, or exploiting game mechanics is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or permanent bans.

Trading Rules: All trades must comply with applicable laws and game developer terms of service. We may moderate, delay, or cancel trades that appear suspicious or violate our policies.

Transaction Fees: Certain trades may be subject to transaction fees, which will be clearly displayed before completion. Fees are non-refundable once a transaction is completed.

Dispute Resolution: If you experience issues with a trade, you may report it to our support team. We will investigate disputes and may reverse transactions if fraud or policy violations are confirmed.

Prohibited Items: Certain items may not be traded due to legal restrictions, game developer policies, or safety concerns. We maintain a list of prohibited items and may update it without notice.

Trabirsa IP: All content, features, and functionality of our platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and audio clips, are owned by Trabirsa or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Limited License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our Services for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

Game Developer Rights: Games and game content available through our platform remain the intellectual property of their respective developers. Your use of such content is subject to each developer's terms of service.

User-Generated Content: By posting content on our platform, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, distribute, and create derivative works from your content in connection with providing and improving our Services.

Content Standards: You may only post content that is lawful, relevant, and appropriate. Prohibited content includes but is not limited to:

Maximum Liability: In no event shall Trabirsa's total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount paid by you for our Services in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

No Consequential Damages: In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or use, regardless of the theory of liability.

Termination by User: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team or using the account deletion feature in your settings. Upon termination, your access to the Services will cease.

Termination by Trabirsa: We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms, illegal activities, or other conduct that harms our Services, other users, or our business interests.

Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use our Services immediately ceases. We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes. Digital assets may be forfeited unless prohibited by applicable law.

Survival: Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution clauses, shall survive termination.

Informal Resolution: Before initiating formal proceedings, we encourage users to contact our support team to resolve disputes informally. Most issues can be resolved quickly through direct communication.

Binding Arbitration: Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in Seoul, South Korea, in accordance with the rules of the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board.

Class Action Waiver: You agree that any arbitration or legal proceeding shall be conducted on an individual basis only. Class actions, class arbitrations, and representative actions are prohibited.

Exceptions: Either party may seek injunctive relief in court to protect intellectual property rights or prevent irreparable harm.

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of South Korea, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Seoul, South Korea.

International Users: If you are accessing our Services from outside South Korea, you are responsible for compliance with your local laws. Some features may not be available in all jurisdictions.

Regulatory Compliance: We comply with applicable South Korean laws and regulations. Users are responsible for ensuring their use of our Services complies with local laws in their jurisdiction.
